Pirandai ( Cissus qiadrangularis)

Pirandai is a long-lived climbing plant belonging to the grape family. Known scientifically as Cissus quadrangularis, it is a staple in traditional wellness, often referred to by descriptive names like Veldt Grape, Adamant Creeper, or Hadjod. In Sanskrit, it is classically termed Asthisamhari, which literally translates to "bone setter" a nod to its historical use in supporting bone health. Because of its resilient, jointed stems, it also carries names like Vajravalli (meaning "diamond vine") and Asthishrinkhala
